IMPORTANT NOTE: All sale items are final. Can not be returned or exchange. Return & Exchange Policy applies only to full price items.

Zerga Shoes Complimentary Ground Shipping on all orders will be shipped via UPS USPS.

We are happy to help you and get the right product for you. 

   EXCHANGES

  • Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is provides Complimentary Ground Shipping and Returns, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To exchange your item, please contact us via email info@zergashoes.com you request an exchange and specify which size you require for full price items only.

  • Sorry, we are unable to exchange any item for an alternative color.

  • The price difference on any exchanges for higher price products difference will be charged to your card or payment method you provide us.

  • All items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging including shoes or clutches, dust bag, thank you card, tissue papers, wrapping ribbon, stickers and any promotional item included.

  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

  • After approval of your full priced items for exchange, we will provide you a return label for you and you can drop your box to closest UPS location near you www.ups.com

  • Zerga Shoes is not responsible for any lost packages of your return or exchanges.Please contact us for the return label.

  RETURNS

  • All Zerga Shoes items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging including shoes or clutches, dust bag, thank you card, tissue papers, wrapping ribbon, stickers and any promotional item included.

  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

  • Full price items can be returned for free. Sale items are not eligible for return.

  • We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Your return should be packaged in a protective box for shipping. 

  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Please DO NOT apply return label or any sticker on the shoe box. Returns sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return.

  •  Items returned to us after 10 days of your delivery day cannot be returned.
