Zerga Shoes's prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.
Refund
We will process a refund after inspecting your return or exchange products in 48 hours once we receive your package. You will be notified by email or via phone for the result of your exchange or return. Once we approve your return or exchange will go ahead and process a refund and notify you. It may take additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Depend on your financial institute this may take longer.
